We have had a busy week washing 5 gallon buckets, making soup mix, opening zipper baggies to put soup mix in, sorting wood to make new trays to dry fruit,
helping in the kitchen. Tyler has been repareing trays, Bob reparing pallets. The trays are use to place the peaches on to dry in the sun in the summer.
The pallets are used to place the 5 gallon buckets full of dry peaches.
